A typical bike fit takes approx 2.5 to 3 hours and consists of the following;

Pre fit Interview

20 point physical assesment

'Dynamic' bike fit 

4 week follow up visit

written report

The bodygeometry fit method forms a 'marriage' between bike and rider, if the bike doesn't fit correctly the marriage will break down.

Many leading profesional riders have benefited from the bodygeometry fit method for over a decade and it remains the go to method for some of the Sports top teams.
